I was home visiting family and on the way we stopped by the Beverly Rancocas Willingboro in NJ dunkin Donuts for coffee. It was 11:23am 2 cars in the lot no other cars in front or behind me in the drive thru when I ordered! When I got to the window to hand over my money I was shifting my change in my wallet to hand over the exact cents and the female employee started clapping her hands and told me to hurry hurry! Are you serious? When I asked her to repeat what she said she acted like she didn't hear me and said nothing before her manager walked up and shouted have a nice day! Very rude, no employee should EVER tell a consumer to hurry, this store#340789 needs a refresher on customer service skills or there will be no repeat customers!
