Brand new and it was defective and your company, Commercial fabrics! I will certainly tell everyone and post on every site possible the dissatisfaction of your company taking no action for defective
Materials. I can't believe how excited I was to finally be able to afford a hot tub in my life and researched all information prior. My excitement has turned into a nightmare with the purchase of this Viking Hot Tub and cover! Everyone is quick to sell you a wonderful hot tub and all this great warranty, then you turn around and make it so expensive to return and take no action and try to blame it on something I did. This is not the case and as soon as I saw it, I contacted the company and forwarded pictures to them.
