Made a spa cover, not to the specs. Of this model

Did not follow specs. For model i ordered, sent me to collections because i refused to pay for it. Claiming i did not order it right... I took it to an upholstery shop here in vegas and was told it was poorly made, very cheap. I can't use my cover lift in fear of it ripping the material. The man at the shop told me i'd be lucky if it lasted one summer here in vegas...
