JoAnne Fabrics offered a One Stroke Folk Art Chalkboard Traveler.
As per instructions I signed up one week before the class and bought all the supplies (three hours)
Went the next Monday and JoAnne Fabrics did not enter me in the computer... No class, instructor, the instructor did not know she had a class, she was not informed
The instructor called me and tryed to make it right
Went to the class and the instructor was not prepared and had no clue about
The project.
Have talked to customer service, store manager, and they only offer excuses
JoAnne fabrics has the worst customer service.
Asked for the regional manager to call me. He has not as of this time
