Mike Sciubba and his Uncle Jim Rooney are Thieves. My parents (in their late 70's) contracted Tri State Builders in October with a completion date of 15 December. They gave Mike $2000 to start the job. Peter (their worker) came several time for a few hours and did little work and then Mike came back for another $2500 and promised the job would be finished on time. My Mother doesn't speak or understand English that well and gave him the second payment and that was the last we have heard from them. Their house was a mess for the holidays and their siding in front of the house is torn off and exposed to outside weather (causing damages to the existing materials). The total contracted job was for $7000.00. So they rip-off older people. Mike and Jim will not return phone calls.
