We wanted to promote our resort and spa so we contacted Novo Marketing.
I talked to Mike, the owner, and seemed comfortable with him so after a few conversations with him I purchased a list. The list was old, full of people who complained that they never opted in and almost 65% bounced. The business to business list he provided was worse. Using his lists we lost money, time,
and our website host and mail servers.
BEWARE this guy is not all he says he is. Just Google "Michael Delassio" or go to

Also note that he has a Better Business Seal on his website, but you cannot click on it!
I recommend that you always contact the BBB before purchasing a list.
