Vibram five figers shoes sent wrong shoes and will not refund shipping or money for shoes Putian City

I ordered shoes from fivefingersz shoe company on April 16. On the website it states that the company is in Colorado USA. When I ordered the shoes, I was sent an email and told the charge was 131.98, but the charge on my account was 140.95 and the charge was posted from a different company name www.carvingroot.com. So, not only did they overcharge me, they also billed it from a different company name. I received the shoes on Apr 27th from China. The company shipped me the wrong shoes. I ordered JAYA shoes Womens FiveFingers Jaya LR White Grey Select Size - Women US7=UK5=EURO38 and this company shipped the JAYA Almond/Copper. I responded on Apr 30th asking how return the shoes and also asking for a full refund for the shoes, including shipping, since their policy states that if the mistake is their fault, then they are responsible. (POLICY states: "Please note shipping fees required to be paid for returned items are the responsibility of the customer (Unless the fault was caused by us)". After multiple attempts, they finally sent me an email with this address:

The shipping cost was 59.66 and I sent them back to that exact address. I tracked the package and this is what I found: "not delivered—incorrect address; sent back to sender". I sent all correspondence to the company and they are still refusing to refund my money, (see below).
1. Dear Customer,
The shipping cost we can not give you, we can cancel some money about the shoes
2. Dear Customer,
But we can not see the shoes and get the shoes, so we can not cancel it, thank you.
3. Dear Customer,
We can cancel some money about the fault shoes, but not give you the shipping cost money, because you can not shipping the shoes to our.

That was the last email that I received from this company. I am not sure where the shoes are at this point and I am out of (61.99 59.66shipping).
