Over a year i tried to get a free credit report and was so confused with their application that i just hung up. I did not receive a free report. Lately my wife filled out the application and received a free credit report.
I was billed for the first time even though i did not receive a report but they canceled the charges. I have now been billed for the free report i received. You can not talk to these folks and they will keep you on hold over 30 minutes. They will not listen to anything you say.
