Consumerinfo.com "FREE" consujmer Report charges credit cards Orange, CA Orange California...

My wife signed up for a free credit report. She thought it was reputable because the link was on msn.com.

They asked for a credit card number for identification - not to charge for the free report.

She got the report, but the credit card was charged for a CIC Credit Monitoring Service which turned out to be a false charge by consumerinfo.com.
