Ripoff took money to purchase doors and windows we never received

Jim Fricks of F&H Builders took thousands of dollars to purchase doors and windows. This was over a year ago.

He claims he has the materials. He claims that he will come and do the work.

He never shows up when he says he that he will. I am fed up. I have called the fraud Department. They say there is nothing they can do.

I need help.
