I am so sorry if you are reading this after signing your lease. I only wish I had done more background check on this company before getting mistreated and abused by this company. I too have reported many repairs time after time after time after time called them in emailed them in send a letter went into the office. Same story every time would set it up and weeks and weeks and weeks nothing the owners promised the manager promised the office clerk promised the handy man promised and after they have your money you can forget it. No heat -they say you are a cry baby, no air - they say it was working, water pipes flooding they couldn't find the leak and bathroom floor covered in water, floors rotten and falling in when walking on - you should walk around the holes for your own safety I was told and 6 weeks still no repairs - elec. Plugs fallen out of wall just needs a screw lazy I was told - I also found out that I am paying over the market price on my rental from them.
