Sprint. Day 1.. I order service after they promised they would have me connected "within 3 days" 16 days later I finally have a dial tone, and a huge cell bill to go with it, as i had to call them everyday to see what my status of phone connection was. I might add I have a child in home who has medical issues they knew this and the expediance of having the phone connected. Every day they said it will be on shortly, every day it was not on. Shortly or otherwise... 16th day. Phone finally connectedbut guess whatthe features dont work. Call waiting, caller id, etc.

I call again. This time from recently connected residential line (as my cell bill was huge from previosly calling them) so again continues the saga of daily calls to see where my service status was at, every day they would tell me it would be working shortly, or they would hang up on me... During the time I had ordered my service... I spent hours on waiting on hold for supervisors to come to phone, I was hung up on by customer service over 12 times. This company lies, they will bill you for services you arent receiving, and sell you services they dont even have. There is so much more to tell, but i need to get some sleep, so i can get to my 2nd job to pay off my 1000.00 cell bill that i aquired while trying to get my service taken care of with sprint..

I can proudly say that my cell is not a sprint phone. Thank goodness or Id probley really be screwed. I have never had such bad business, been treated so badly by any company. I wish I had never switched to sprint. I moved and they were the local carrier... I miss my old telephone service SPRINT GET A CLUE TREAT OTHER PEOPLE AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED... Also your customer service skills and your service sucks you really need to work on this. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Unhappy customers can lead to millions in losses to your company. DUH!!!

If i was you i would spend some money in the training dept, hire enough people to answer your customer service numbers, and fire whoever hangs up on customers. But most of all improve your phone service give us what we pay for, dont lie to us, and if you cant do something then be upfront about it these liars in your company are going to cost you millions is losses. Just wait. You can spend all u want in advertising but it will be to late... Because no one cares or believes in sprint... Anyway. Enough. Beware of sprint!!!
