My services have been being disconnected almost every other month for current month charges. Each time I call to get the services reconnected there is always a five day wait before the services are reconnected even though each representative advises me that there are appointments before five days however I am never given a appointment in less than five days from the date I contact the company. Not only does Scana regulated charge more than the regular Scana company services are disconnected during times that Scana gas would not and does not disconnect services such as weather below freezing in the winter.
