A couple of weeks ago we. Rented a van from uhaul to move and returned it the same day in proper condition. All of a sudden we received notice that uhaul deducted 110.00 dollars from our account without contacting us and telling us we owed anything extra. Customer service would not explain the charges just saying there was additional fees we owed. That
is a lie and we are tired of this moving company ripping people off.
