Bought a watch online as a Christmas gift on 12/13. Received a tracking notice for shipping saying it would arrive by 12/22. Never arrived but was billed for it and paid the bill. When I called today (12/27) discovered it was NEVER SHIPPED. 10 to 14 days to get a charge credit that I don't want. Asked for check - 10 days wait for that. This is terrible customer service -. I won't include my name because they had ZERO interest in helping me resolve this quickly - no supervisor could be bothered to help despite repeated requests.
