Aboout a year ago this company oam did the same thing to my bellsouth my phone co. Said it was billing me for a anwsering machine service. Then again on july i had them do it to me again.
I didnt sign up for any anwsering machine, i dont have callwave or aol call alert. The only problem i have with this is i have a secret code on my phone where unless you give it to them you cant make changes but some how they bypassed that.
