The service and technology of this company are good, but the billing is abusive and a mess.
They charge 2 months in advance, and they do not care about the customer. We have 3 different locations, they could not integrate the 3 accounts in one only bill, but they charge twice 2 of the locations. We have call several times during the last year trying to fix the problem, they promise and promise and promise that it is the last time, but they continue calling asking for bills paid one year ago...
