I purchased plants for my dads 76th birthday May 1st. I reside in Kansas he lives in Virginia. The support was assured same-day shipping. He never got them. I named customer support May 2, I had been informed the flower store they delivered the purchase to didnt ask them to so that they delivered it to a different florist to load plus they didnt get it done. The repetition stated she might provide me a $40.00 available credit for my 53.00 bill and contact my dad to inform him it had been their problem. I informed her definitely not he understands i wouldnt forget, I'd like cash removed my statement and also the blossoms to-go out today. She wasnt approved and so I requested on her boss. Boss " Beth Russ" got about the telephone she was rude and stated she'd not return some of the statement I questioned who she reviews to... SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY TITLES LOL Though they've a 800-number to call it had been therefore unprofessional it direct me to think that she may be cigarette smoking filling papers athome in her cellar wearing pajamas and getting arbitrary customer support for wesley berry flowers. I terminated my entire purchase and that I truly want i understood The Berrys individual telephone and so I might provide them with a wake-up phone.
