I selected Macys as my first-stop on my black friday trip. With deals at hand I began my shopping. Our first purchase was 2 sets of kids pajamas. These were purchase 1 get 1 free.in the register I had been informed none of the two paper deals works or were the card deals delivered to me by email. Unhappy but bought them anyway. Our next purchase was a set of girls shoes, obviously the same occurred in the register, no coupon worked. This time around I questioned why and was informed of all of the exceptions, wow.
Our next and last end was the girls division were I'd many purchase products from trousers to covers. Down towards the register and undoubtedly 5 out-of 6 products were omitted. I indicated my disappointment towards the revenue woman and he or she replied, yes 80% of the item is omitted & most of her clients to date were irritated aswell. It was my brief trip to Macys where my cousin, child and that I made a decision to abandon and store revenue elsewhere and use deals that will operate.
Irrespective of my discomfort together with your shop, I had been truly angry that I really could have started at another store and never lost my period at Macys. Macy won't be number 1 next year they might not really maintain the top.
