Called company after previous company hooked up my burglar alarm to the firehouse and would not change it and would not call me first. ASG took over after it swallowed up my previous provider that i had for years and never a problem. Since I didn't have a landline Alarm South said the radio transmitter ASG put in my box was not compabtible so they charged me close to $300 plus service for the coming months.in December the alarm went off and it didn't trip at the station so tech came out and said it was fixed but didn't get a rebate for the time I paid for service and never received. Then in aprilthe alarm went off and the same thing happened and it didn't trip at the station. A tech came out and said it was because of a faulty motherboard and charged me another $300 but no one cent of a rebate for the months paid for service that i never rceived. Now nearly $800 would have been paid to Alarm South with no guarantee that I even have service. Don't even call this company since they enjoy ripping off consumers who they assume are dumb.
