After suffering damages from Hurricane Dolly on 7/23/08 and i now having to deal with problems with my alarm company. I have called them (SAI ALARM MONITORING COMPANY) numerous times to come out and service my alarm and they promise that someone will be contacting me within 24 to 72 hours, which is a bunch of bull!!! I have been waiting since then and it is not Sept 19th and still no alarm service. Please help!!!
I stay on my cell phone averaging about 30-to 45 each call, we are on a contract with them, and if we terminate, we will get penalized because of that. Our money is getting authomatically deducted out of our checking account which is taken out faithfully. Now if we are abiding by our contract, why dont they? What do you suggest???
