Had program mounted 1 year. Previously. Never was informed program did not work if telephone was no blocked in. After summertime I came across that out. Additionally when mounted it required 2day that we wasn't informed and needed to abandon. Never was handed training on the best way to plan. After summertime in Nov another specialist was at my house for 3 hours to fix all issues. Repeatedly told them to consider system out-of my house. After 2nd fix primary program worked and paymetn was on auto money. I obtained a telephone call on May 25.2012 to contact them. I had been just informed, on April 24 that my support was terminated. I currently owe $1000. I'd named at 1pm and was informed no body may help me because everybody had quit for that evening.
I'm alone and today required anyone to help me set alarm, despite the fact that I had been informed it'd not visit authorities plus they declined to assist. Alone without any alarm.
They're a rip-off and that I need my money-back for that installation and support I taken care of and didn't obtain.
I apologize for that shotty e-mail it's today 2am and that I am scared to visit rest without any alarm.
