I contacted Tim Probst in 2010 over a very serious matter involving my family, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, and others. Please read my usacomplaints.com about the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the comments made - those comments were posted by associates of my family. My family hired private detectives to keep me under surveillance and told the Clark County Sheriff's Office what they were going to do and for the Sheriff's office not to interfere, help me or warn me. The Clark County Sheriff's Office agreed. They hired a local private detective, Laurie DeBauw (read my usacomplaints.com) and someone from Toronto, Canada named Michael Jay. My family hacked my emails and online activity, tapped my phone, sent people to attempt to break into my house, and got my dog killed (please read my usacomplaints.com about Dr. Joshua Elliott).
This was done with the knowledge and help of the Clark County Sheriff's Office. They refused to let me file a police report after the attempted break in because the vehicle used belongs to Laurie DeBauw, the Portland PI my family hired. Every time I went to the Sheriff's Office to tell them I was being followed by PIs my family hired they'd tell me nobody was following me. When I found online a missing person report my family made claiming I was a missing person, I brought it to the Clark County Sheriff's Office and the link so they could verify its authenticity. They dismissed it.
At the same time my family had me under surveillance, they were trying to have me legally declared dead overseas in order to embezzle an inheritance my Great-Uncle left me.
The Clark County Sheriff's Office knew this, too.
Due to the fact that what the Clark County Sheriff's Office did is criminal misconduct (helping criminals in the commission of crimes, endangering the life of the victims by refusing to help them or warn them) I contacted my representative Tim Probst asking for his help.
His aide Peter Sterr replied to my emails. We exchanged several emails in which I explained the situation (he complained it was a long email) and that they needed to investigate the Clark County Sheriff's Office because they were lying. At the time, I still didn't know how deep the Clark County Sheriff's Office was involved.
On November Peter Sterr emailed me saying the Clark County Sheriff's Office told him they couldn't find evidence of a personal connection between Joe Peck and Patti Locktov and if I could provide evidence of a personal connection between those two. This was important because Joe Peck denied in court, under oath, to the judge, that he didn't know a Patty Locktov and that they were not, nor had ever been, facebook friends. I then emailed him the google search showing Joe Peck and Patty Locktov had been facebook friends and it still showed as facebook friends on google. Anybody could do a google search and find that. The Clark County Sheriff's Office has more resources at its disposal and knew I was telling the truth. That google search was the evidence showing the Clark County Sheriff's Office was lying.
I waited for the next email, certain that now my representative Tim Probst would launch an investigation into the Clark County Sheriff's Office for corruption, misconduct, collusion with criminals, etc.instead, the next email was to tell me they were not going to help me.
This is not a situation in which Rep. Tim Probst decided not to help a crime victim because the crime victim didn't have evidence that the Sheriff's Office was lying and colluding with the perpetrators. This is a situation in which Rep. Tim Probst decided not to help me because I had evidence.
Please remember this next time you have to vote on a representative. When Tim Probst writes about his "ethics of service to others" he means "service to those who have lots of money and power". He should remove the word "ethic" because that is something he sorely lacks.
Even though a judge decreed my family couldn't keep me under surveillance and hack my emails, they are still doing it. Now they are sending a woman named Jennifer Johnston (she claims that's her name) to galleries where I have my work. They got that information by hacking my emails.
This is an ongoing situation and unfortunately the only way to fix it is with the help of the authorities, and Tim Probst sides with criminals, not with the victims.
