This company has been in existence for less than 1.5 years, has only a fraction (if any) of those satisfied customers and if you go to the BBB site you will see it is NOT accredited. Check both non master elite and master elite installer lists and you will find that Xterior Solutions is NOT on either list making them a non certified GAF installer. They operate with only a PO BOX listing in Hyde Park and claim no affilation with the construction company (Construction Pros) at 5 Charles St Pleasant Valley, New York.
So what we have here is a very inexperienced roofing company operating from a PO Box that is not certified by the roofing manufacturer making incorrect claims about satisfied customers and BBB involvement. THE most important part of a new roof is the warranty. Is there need to go any further than to state that you are SOL if anything goes wrong with the install!
