Marc Ritacco took full payment for roof, never did project, indefinite delays, never bought materials

I sadly join a long list of other consumers burned by Marc Ritacco/Recco/Elite Roofing. He scammed me out of a lot of money (unfortunately, more than everyone else so far) using the same methods as everyone else: take the money, put the job off indefinitely. He needs to be stopped.
