James Elmore, Fanatic Radio
Fraudulent business dishonest theft broken contracts money scamming unpaid bills online radio station

James Elmore is the owner of an online radio station called Fanatic Radio (www.fanaticradio.com). He is wanted in several states by many individuals, companies, organizations and even law enforcement for conducting fraudulent business, theft, breaking contracts, conspiracy... The list goes on. XFANATICS.com is currently working to get everyone together who has ever been a victim of these practices by James and Fanatic Radio. Using all gathered information, documents and evidence, we will file multiple categorized claims against him, in the hopes that he is finally brought to justice. At the very least, we hope to inform the public of the dangers of getting involved with his business ventures.

Not surprisingly, James is currently on the run. He was last seen in Las Vegas, NV on Sunday, July 18th where he skipped town immediately after pulling his biggest scam thus far. He is wanted for questioning by the Henderson police department in Nevada.

James Elmore made his way out to Las Vegas sometime in March. Prior to that, many events were posted on his website, fanaticradio.com that never actually took place. This was common with the Fanatic Radio site. He ended up meeting some of the members of the "Wack Pack" from the Howard Stern Show while it was in Vegas for it's annual live broadcast from the Hard Rock. He worked out a plan to have 4 members of the Wack Pack live in a house for the entire month of July. During this time, web cams were to be set up throughout the house and broadcast live onto a website that he registered, WhackPackLive.com. A separate camera crew was to capture outside footage that would later be edited and produced for an uncensored DVD. The plan seemed good in theory, and he was able to convince a lot of people to get deeply involved in the project.

James contacted Dave Tomlinson through his website, yourlasvegasvacation.com. Dave owns a very nice vacation rental property in Henderson, NV.By using his typical lies about how popular and successful Fanatic Radio was, James convinced Dave to let him use his property as the house for this event. It then became known as "The Wack Shack". Not only did James con Dave into letting him use the property, he was able to get Dave to invest thousands of dollars into the project, which is the only way James was able to even get it off the ground (James had no money). James knew that if he could get the project started, he could pursue other investors.

James then immediately started contacting all different types of companies out in the Las Vegas area. He would try to sell them "Sponsorship Packages" that ranged in price from $25,000 - $100,000 for advertising during the event... —an event that was starting in less than a month and was using very minimal public promotion— James was able to get many different companies & individuals to invest in the project in one way or another. He had promised each member of the Wack Pack $15,000 each before he even had anywhere close to enough funds to pay them, not to mention the debt that he was accumulating daily. This debt was the result of him trying to maintain his "big-shot" image in front of all parties involved, so they wouldn't catch on to his lies.

The project seemed to go ok for a little while. But when nobody was getting paid for anything and the sponsors & investors weren't getting what they were promised, people started to get suspicious. Where did all the money go? Suddenly, there was absolutely no way to pay all that was due... Let alone, make any money off of the project.

People started to come to this realization about a week and a half before the end of the project. Then, James disappears into thin air. Neighbors who lived in his apartment complex said that they saw a U-Haul truck leaving his apartment. His web sites are down, and everyone is left hanging. James hasn't been seen since.

Needless to say, many people are after him. We started XFanatics to help the people involved with the Wack Pack situation, and ended up finding an absolutely overwhelming amount of information about prior scams pulled by James Elmore and Fanatic Radio. Please know that we are doing everything we can to investigate and process all information submitted to us as quickly as possible. It looks like our task at hand is going to be much bigger than originally anticipated, so please stay updated on the site as it will host new information daily, until our goals have been reached.

This is a serious matter. James Elmore and Fanatic Radio have put many people into financial hardship without an ounce of remorse. They have stolen items from these victims, and James is even wanted for questioning regarding an alleged rape charge. There are many people behind XFANATICS.com who are working hard to gather up information on James Elmore, and are even contributing to a reward that will be given to anyone who can provide the means that lead to his arrest and conviction.
