James P. Gawzner has put several ads in the Montecito Journal newspaper requesting for an investment of $50,000 to invest into a film which do not exist and if you have intelligence it costs more than that amount to invest into any Hollywood movie. The Miramar Hotel story can not be produced by such a fool no neither the expertise or patience to produce or direct such a complex film project. James P. Gawzner will take your money and run and never be found again.
