James Malinchak of James Malinchak International started his first-ever coaching program during one of his live events in Las Vegas.
He charged $6997 for the "coaching program." He DID NOTHING, offered no services, never responded and kept the money, and never refunded a single penny of my money.
He has been reported to the Attorney General, BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. I'm now suing him because it is still within the statute of limitations for state of Nevada.
James Malinchak brags all over his websites about being a multi-millionaire now (completely exaggerated for certain) yet he hides behind a voicemail system and a bogus [email protected] email address so he cannot be reached, and he CAN'T give a refund of $6997?
Ripoff Scam Artist Practices are being done here for sure.
Do not buy Malinchak products and services. Beware of his testimonials on his website as well. Trust me... Beware of the source of the relationships of the people who are giving testimonials... Not exactly the whole truth in terms of what you read.
