On 4-3-01 and 5-17-01, items were purchased with the intention of receiving rebates of $39.99 and $19.99 respectively. I have sent numerous e-mail messages to this company with no success. When I do get a reply, it is always the same message saying that there has been a problem with the processing and I will receive the rebate check within two weeks. Those two weeks have come and gone many times since I first contacted urbanq. I notified my credit card company company three weeks ago and the are looking into the situation, however, are reluctant to get involved because they do not deal with rebates (q-bates). I was happy to see this site last evening and hope you can do something about the gross ripoffs taking place at urbanq. I guess if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is as in this case. Whoever is responsible for setting up this site, you are to be commended. Keep up the good work.
