I ordered a video from this seller and they failed to deliver the item. I sent numerous e-mails requesting the status of my order and I did not receive any reply. They have no phone listed & their customer service option does not work. There are numerous other reports from people that were ripped off from this seller. I wish I had checked there reputation before ordering. Beware! Do not purchase from the company!!!
