I placed order 4E69C8835780 on Sept 9. Just received order and it was the wrong size. I emailed customer service for the correct size and was told that they are unable to "retrieve" the size I had ordered and would have to refund me. I then asked if any of the other colors were available in the size I wanted. And I was told they could not do that as they do not stock the items. I would not be so irritated if this had been the first time my order had been messed up. A previous order I had placed was never delivered despite updates on shipping date (then order disappearing from my queue) and then finally cancelled.
Given that the company had made the mistake, I would have thought they would offer some type of salve for their mistake. However, they did not offer anything until I emailed them back telling them how disappointing the process was. I now have $5 credit, but I don't plan on ordering from them again and I am going to make sure my baby board on BabyCenter is also aware of how unreliable this company is. There are so many other discount sites that are better - Zulily, Gilt Groupe, Hautelook, The Mini Social, etc.
