Georgio Gifts Ripped Me Off

I ordered a DVD set 3 wks ago and emailed them 3 times for shipping info and found my order info and payment info but no history or shipping of my purchase. They claim to have chat online service but don't and their phone number does not appear on their site. I am really pissed.
