3/29 placed an order for "Game of Thrones, " 1st season. Got a confirmation that same day. Then a week went by, 2 weeks, nothing. Emailed them six times, since they're phone number is dead and their live chat is disabled. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida on 4/11 and made a report and then put that into an emailed to Georgio Gifts. That same day when I checked "My Account" on their website I see the electronic shipping notice was set to USPS.
For the next five days I checked with USPS and they had not received the package. Filed a report with the FTC on 4/15 and passed that info to Georgio Gifts in yet another email. Guess what? On 1/17 USPS finally has received the package from Georgio Gifts. I was ready to kiss my money good-bye, in fact I reordered from Amazon. Now I have to send that back. I thought I was saving a few dollars. This website looks all pretty and professional and the prices may seem enticing but don't look Medusa directly in the eyes... Run to a website that you know and has good feedback.
