My bank is reimbursing me for the activation and security fees charged by CCS, even after I cancelled the service within the 14-day free trial period. However, I have reported CCS to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southern Nevada to run an investigation.
I am adament about informing the masses of CCS' fraudulent and unethical practices.
They don't answer their main number 1-800-279-6989.in fact, I was on hold for 50 minutes. (Speaker phone at work). I've called a total of 18 times since my account was activated. So, I tried 702-385-3606 and 702-256-3000 instead.
Unfortunately, I had to 1.) close my bank account and reopen a new one since CCS had my account number and could very deduct from my account (even after I reported them) and 2.) fill out an affidavit for unauthorized debits with my bank
Thank God my bank is working with me. I have to wait until the funds are put back into my account. It was alot of work and I'm still frustrated and upset about the whole thing.
