I was trying to have a pickup truck transported from our home in California to my son who is in the Army and stationed in Alabama.
I was contacted by Al Lester, of Presidential, who sent me the following message:

Each time I contacted Presidential about transporting Al would tell me the carrier would be contacting me in a couple of days.
No carrier ever contacted me.
Al Lester won't return my emailings requesting my brokers fee be returned in full.
