I contracted with Presidential Pools and Spas of San Antonio in July and pool was supposed to be complete by October if is now April and I am out over 100K and have a huge concrete hole in my yard. Karl Keene the owner and builder has promised numerous times that they will restart work but it has never happened. Karl Keene and his business has now stop answering my phone calls and emails. I have learned from this experience but do not want this to happen to anyone else - beware and stay clear of Presidential Pools and Spas of San Antonio (Karl Keene).
