I purchased a Stratolounger recliner from Big Lots on 9-7, paid 394.96.
The foam started sagging on the front of the seat and foot rest and I could feel nails or screws coming through the wood on the arm of the recliner. I called Franklin Corp and was told there was nothing they could do except send more foam and that I would have to pay someone to repair/fix the problem. I did contact Big Lots as well. They told me it was over 30 days and they couldn't replace or repair. Other than the foam & nail/screw the recliner still looks brand new.
I would think the recliner should have lasted longer than 3-4 months... Big Lots or Franklin Corp do not stand behind there products
