This company is taking money from my account every month. I tried to call them, they never answe

I have tried to call cardquery on the phone listed in the internet for two months. They never answer your calls. I gone on line to see if I can write them a note and they want you to give them all info, which I do not feel comsfortable with give them that. They taking almost 15.00 dollars every month. I do not want them to take more money and if possible I want my refund back.
