This company has been taking 30.00 dollars out of my account without consent United States

These people has been taking money out of our account for over three months at 30.00 dollars a month and I can not reach them when I call.
I am on a fixed income and I did not give them my information. I have contacted my bank instituition and they are stopping payment but then the company changes the amount
