Ripoff, lost belongings, no refund has been given after it was offered

They have been a horrible company to deal with. Poor customer service, major delays in receiving my goods. The driver was not even "A Professional Move" employee. They just hired on some driver to take me my things. He complained that I did not have the cashiers check written out to him and threatened to leave my stuff in storage until I had cash for him.

When I finally received my things, three items were missing. No search has been done to find my things and no offer to pay for them.

I was also given a refund for the delay in my move and that has yet to be mailed. It's been over a month and a half and still no word or follow-up.

The original quote given was half of what they ended up charging me. I was also charged for the mass amounts of tape the drivers used when picking up my things. I was told the only thing I would be charged for would be boxes. No mention of tape.

I was also verbally abused and the driver had called me mental for asking when to expect him the following day.

I have always had to follow up with them and they never do what they say.including return phone calls.
