They promised me rates that would not increase, and promised me that they would credit me the charge for cancelling my current processor. 6 months later I have had to resort to complaining to BBB because they started overcharging the 2nd month after we signed up, never credited back the $ they promised to, and refuse to call me back or do anything other than tell me they will have my acct rep call. I have spent countless hours trying to dela with this meanwhile they are debiting my accoubnt for amounts they specifically promised me in writing they would not charge. My acct rep who refuses to apeak with me told the BBB that the reason they didnt credit the $ was that we were trying to scam them out of a higher amount. Not true, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Beware.
