Had a complaint about a watch i purchased. Was told that they could not send a new leather band because warranty period was over. Tried to explain i only wore the watch 10/15 times. Did not want to listen. They finally said they would send a new loop. Called 6 weeks later and was told not happening. Very rude, also lied to me. You get 1 chance to please me in these hard times. Done. I will nevergive them another chance to disapoint me.
