I hired and paid in full in advance Jin Ree that owns a company named East West Institute for translation, to translate a large document from English to Spanish. After 9 months, could not deliver the translation, could not find a Spanish translator cheap enough to do the work, resorted to translating from Google translator online and submitting the documents to me afterwords.
Jin Ree was very dishonest, refused to return the money and produced 2 employees that were not present at the time when was hired to do the work to vouch for him. Dont ever give any money to him prior to.
