As a translator and a translation service provider, I successfully completed and translated Weilu Zhang's son, Lihan Zhang's birth certificate from Chinese to English.
However, after the certified translation was mailed out, Weilu Zhang requested me to fax and mail it out again using a mail with tracking number, which I refused to do without him paying additional postage.
He then placed a charge back on his credit card, then I, under great pressure, agreed to mail it to him again, and send the document to him and his attorney again.
From what I know, Weilu Zhang works for Constellation Energy. He requested my services using his company's email.
