Unable to Cancel Intro Subscription Internet

The company lures users into a free trial and requires a facebook account linked to is and a credit card but does not allow cancellations.
When attempting to a message is received that the password is incorrect but users are logged into the account via facebook.
There is no help - no customer support number and similar to Skype this company is based in the Netherlands.
