Unauthorized Credit Card Charge, Company Impossible to Contact

Unauthorized charge to my credit card. I tried contacting the company but was unable to. It was referenced as j63224227, dwww.fb. Me/cc. It appears that there are multiple complaints about unauthorized billings to Facebook users. Is there information on how to resolve this matter? Thank you.
