Gevalia customer service is among the worst I have experienced in 30 years
Dnt make mistake of signing up for auto ship program as they are careless, poorly managed and uncompasionate when it comes to remediation of issues they cause.
No one you can speak with or receive emails from has the authority to resolve issues and they count on people walking away, while at the same time retaining business through fraudulently shipping out product and charging CCs after you have cancelled account verbally and in writing.
Sad pathetic and mismanaged
Run don't walk away
