I purchased a web cam from this store on 3/25 that would not install in my computer, said it could not detect a USB port. I returned the defective cam to the store on 04/08. I had lost my receipt, however the product including packaging were in the return. All the clerk would have had to have done was to scan the packaging and see that these dates were accurate.instead they would not even swap the camera out and were rude about my asking. I left the cam on the counter and told the clerk to put it in the trash. This was in front of other customers who were making purchases. I told him I guess that when they sold products that were defective consumers were just out of luck. This is a total lack of customer service. I have bought over $2,000 of products through Electronic Express throughout the years and will never buy there again. I advise consumers to cover all the bases and not expect good customer treatment.
