My issue with this company is how misleading they are with their service. The company provides driving records for individuals and companies as stated all over their website. I purchased an individual driving record from them that was needed for court. No where on their webpages for individual driving records does it state that the report they send you will not work for court.
I found this out after I left the court house. However, they do disclaim this on an authorization form they send you after you pay them. This form has one sentence among several paragraphs that tells you that this driving record is for employment uses only.
I signed it because I was in a hurry and faxed it back unknowingly that what they send you is not a driving record you can use for court. I just didn't catch that one sentence, but I did read the 5 webpages that lead you up to paying for the report and nothing was said about the driving record being for employment purposes only.
It states all over the website and wbpages that you will receive a copy of your DMV Driving Record. This is extremely misleading to people that trust websites providing personal information. I e-mailed back and forth with them, but with no reults. Here is the e-mail conversation I had with one of their employees.

Your right about the sheet I signed. I should have read it better. However, let's take a look at this through my eyes.
It states: Order a Copy of Your DMV Driving Record with our Secure Order Form This form is for individuals who wish to order a copy of their driving record. (nothing about for employment purposes only) We offer the Consumers the ability to order their Motor Vehicle Driving Records Online for only $24.95 (once again nothing about employment purposes only)
Section 2 verify e-mail (once again nothing about employment purposes only)
Section 3 CC information and terms of service and disclaimers (once again nothing about employment purposes only)
THE PAPER THAT I FAXED... For employment purposes only...
Lesson learned. I should have read the sheet I signed.
I'm not really worried about the money, I just would hate for the next consumer that's in a hurry and doesn't expect to read every word on the fax sheet hoping to use this report for municipal court, but later find out its for employment purposes only. That's all.

On the authorization form it states specifically that this is for employment purposes only. Right above where you sign for the record. It is made very clear. Also on the website, it makes multiple references that this is for employment, driving schools, etc.

This is your Texas driving record, what they should of said is that it is not a "certified" record. You can only get that from a DMV. Our records are for employment purposes only.
