Ever since I have activated my cell phone through sprint I have encountered so many billing double charges as well as my phone being disconnected when there was a payment over 100 dollars made the day before. Sprint has the most ridiculous billing arrangement where they send you a bill after your payment is due. They disconnect your account when they have never bothered to send a bill yet. My phone just got disconnected once again at 3:26 A.M. And why I don't know. I checked my statement on=line and it says I owe 67 dollars on august 3 so why is my phone off? Tomorrow when I call they will say I owe twice that amount just like they always do.
